Do you have your command rate at 2T (or 2N)? If not, try that, if no joy, could you post your BIOS settings
    ?

Do you have the sticks in slots 1,2, if so might try 3,4. Could also try raising vCore voltage.

I don't think you need to increase vcore voltage since you didn't overclock CPU
please try to increase NB and HT to 1.4 to 1.5v to improve the stability while running DDR2 1066

Did you try each stick individually?

I'm thinking that you may have a bad module, there should be no reason why you can't run at 1066.

Try increasing row cycle time to 30 or 33.

                      Thank you

                        k i tried that:
changed the row cycle time to 30 and 33
tried each stick alone and together and still got blue screens \ hangs while OS is loading
i also set 5-5-5-15 533MHz with 2.1v to memory and 1.5v to CPU and NB

What slots do you have them installed in? Due to a processor limitation, you can only use one DIMM per channel.

What you can do to operate them in dual channel and get similar speeds is set them to DDR2-800 with 4-4-4-12 timings. The memory performance would be the same as DDR2-1066 5-5-5-15.

                          Thank you
