Asrock P55 Extreme + F3-14900CL9D-8GBSR (4x2) POST and OS see only 4088MB

problem is on POST and in OS it show only 4088MB (suppose to be 8gb)

but in BIOS Setup it recognize 2 dimm, total memory 8192MB
...
