I need RMA for my FALCON II 128GB

Hello gskill administrator !!!
My falcon ii 128gb have a problem of blue screen !!!
Even with the clean function 1916 firmware.
Now i have to clean and errors in flash 1916 and 2030 (bad block erase error)
my other falcon ii 128gb dont have the problem and work perfectly.
Please gskill send me the process for rma !
