Why is there an A version and a B version?
Do I have to run the B version after installing the A version?
This is a little confusing, it is as if the firmware is in 2 parts, and it is not obvious if we have to do the 2nd or it is done atomatically or even if it is actually needed?

I ran the V4.0A and it is fine, I am running Win 7 64 Ultimate, and I have experienced none of hte booting issues either.
I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R with an i7-950.
