How long should i wait for replacement

I was initially advised to send my SSD back to GSKill, but due to costs etc I got my reseller to submit the faulty drive, but this was over 5 weeks ago.

So how long should I have to wait to get replacement if GSkill deem the drive faulty?

Contacted retailer and they've said it's been sent to G.SKill and they won't replace from their stock until they hear back from G.Skill themselves.

this is the original forum post Faulty II 64GB Faulty which I informed the retailer about, but they weren't interested in what G.Skill originally stated.
