Is there any point in using a decent defrag program (PerfectDisk 11) on SSD drives? Both standard defrag and boot time defrag?

No. The access time is so low for a ssd.
Also, all that moving around of data will shorten the lifespan of the ssd. -
Never defrag a SSD, I use CCleaner, Wiper and Disk-Check combo!CPU I7-980X @ 3.81Ghz
