I have a Phoenix Blade 480GB PCIe SSD.
I attempted to upgrade from Windows 7 64bit and failed on several occasions. Finally Microsoft offered me a clean install upgrade. This failed also as I tried to use the Windows 7 Phoenix Blade driver. I then reattempted it with the Windows 8 driver and the Windows 10 installation completed with no issues.
Therefore, it would appear that the current Windows 7 64bit Phoenix Blade 480GB PCIe SSD driver is not compatible with Windows 10 64bit.
