Problem with rams

Hello everyone!
So i bought yesterday these rams -> G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB DDR4-3200MHz (F4-3200C16D-32GTZR)

for my Asrock Fatal1ty Z270 Gaming K6 mobo

when i tried to clock them at 3200 from xmp nothing happened. I also tried manually and nothing happened again..
Any suggestion what should i do ? :/

Do you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard?

Are modules installed in slots 2 and 4 away from CPU?

Try a lower frequency such as 3000 to see if it can work, or if each module can reach DDR4-3200.
