Should be good to go, ensure you have the latest BIOS, enable XMP, select the 1600 profile and go

on the ripjaw website it says this. but you can read to the side that it says that cpu and blck and ram will be auto optimized but i want to overclock the cpu past 4.3 so can i still do that with what it says in the box. thanks

Ideally, if the BIOS is programmed correctly, enabling XMP will make the adjustments needed for the DRAM to run at it's rated speed, from there, you always raise the CPU OC higher
