CPU: 3750K (without OC !)
RAM: F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO x 2
MOBO: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 + latest UEFI (1.70)
PSU: Seasonic X-760
My CPU is non overclocked and I have standard settings on my Z77 Extreme4
I noticed that my memory is worked on 1333MHZ and higher latency.
I have 2x4GB F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO.
I decided to set ONLY the "DRAM Frequency" on 1600MHZ from 1333MHZ and I saved these settings.
Extreme4 has done several times a restart and show error message: "The system failed to boot several times before.
You may press F2 or DEL to enter SETUP to reconfigure your system
or UEFI will continue to boot after X seconds...".
Memory settings have not changed.
Ok, so I went back to the default settings and changed ONLY "Load XMP Settings" on XMP 1.1 Profile 1" from "Auto" and I saved these settings.
Extreme4 has done several times a restart and show error message: "The system failed to boot several times before.
You may press F2 or DEL to enter SETUP to reconfigure your system
or UEFI will continue to boot after X seconds...".
Board does not approve these two changes, restarts a few times and displays the error.

(Why can?t I see the "serial number" and "week / year"?)

In any settings I can not force the memory to the default settings and mobo to the normal startup
Answer from Asrock:
t could be that you have to change the voltage of the memory in order to run it at a stable speed.
The memory on the compatibility list is successfully tested, but most manufacturers buy the actual memory chips from other manufacturers, and it could be that the memory modules have other memory chips.
Our customers report the best results with Kingston memory.
Is it possible to try other memory, because it could also be bad memory.
This is normal ? ECO should work fine on 1.35V. Work well on the Asus Maximus Formula III and 0 errors in memtest86.
P.S. I set 1.35V (standard voltage) and don't want to work.
Just run them on 1.515V (stable) and XMP profile is working..
RAM is good - worked on the previous board and checked by memtest ( 0 errors).
Even on one memory will not run XMP profile.
