This is a kit 4x2GB, 2400MHz C8 or C9 is planned or not?

Believe it's still available, but production is limited due to the higher end memory ICs it uses which are in short supply.

Here's a link to the places in France that carry GSkill, would check with those closest (or that you know) and if they don't have any, see if they can or will special order - great set of sticks, but can be hard to find

memory are sold with fans I think, is required to put them?

The fans can lower temps a bit, but aren't required, I basically never use them, even on the high freq sticks...some of my customers want them....basically for the look
