Dell Latitude E5510 not booting after upgrade

Upgrading a Dell Latitude E5510 with 16GB of RAM.
Machine loads to the Windows startup screen, and reboots
I run "memtest" diagnostics and the machine sees all 16GB, but it will still not load.

Specs:
Intel i5 M520 chip @ 2.4ghz
Motherboard: G4NNW Intel GMA
Memory: DDR3-1333/PC3 10600

Do you have the latest BIOS?

For what it's worth, took a look at Dell, says 8GB max:
