Will this memory work in Asus MB

I have a Asus MB P8Z68-V PRO running OS-Win7 64bit and ordered a set of G.SKILL F3-12800CL9Q-16GBZL from NewEgg. It is on a day sale.
Do you think the 4x16 will work in my Asus P8 without any trouble?
