F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM with Asus P7P55D

Will F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM work well with my Asus P7P55D motherboard.
My processor is: Intel i5 750, s1156
and i overclock it to 3.8 GHz.

If the answer is yes, what are recommended bios setings should i use?

The same question also for G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL.

Yes, and the easiest way is to ensure you have the latest BIOS, then enable XMP and select profile 1

What do you mean : "select profile 1" ?

When you enable XMP it can have different profiles (sets of settings to use) you'll want #1 which is full performance
