    System won't boot. Starts and stops immediately.

    Make sure you have the latest BIOS, install the sticks firmly in proper slots, go to BIOS, enable XMP and select Profile 1, save, exit, boot

      Great but how do I enable XMP and update bios if I can't boot ?

        Try with each stick by itself, and see if it will boot with either stick
