I went into my bios in set the FSB/DRAM to 1:2.66 which is 1066 is this how I should under clock it if its to much for my mother board? I have this ram at the moment with MSI 760GM p-23 mother board if so Should i look into another mobo or Ram?

What are you working with CPU/mobo? to run those sticks at 1066 you'd be looking at 8-8-8-24 normally, but CPU can play in as can mobo i.e. Intel socket 1155 or socket 775 big difference on setups, AMD? bigger differences. With most any can run Memtest on each stick individually to test if sticks are bad, but without more to work with here not a lot I can do till have more info

Msi 760GM p23 FX I just ran memtest for 4 hours 3 Runs found 24 Errors. in this is at Stock speeds 9.9.9.24 1.5v. Should I RMA in how long would it take because I Can't miss out on school work.
Could it be my mother board that cant handle it why im getting Errors? or just the ram it self it holds up too 16g ddr3 1333 mhz

AMF fx 4100 is my CPU with Radeon 6570 iceQ HD card crosair cx430 psu

I'd check for the latest BIOS and try w/ that, otherwise I posted RMA info on your General Discussions post

They have easy instructions on their web site, might also see if any of your friends/co-workers have messed with PCs and have done it to help, with most all mobos it's a snap these days, nothing like even a couple years ago.
