DDR3 Support

Hello
I want to know that the Gskill SNIPER F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR2 will support 100% in these motherboards using 64-bit OS(I have intel core 2 E7400)

Asus P5G41T-M LX
Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2

That would depend on your OC abilities. If unsure of your abilities would be better with a set of 1333 or even 1066. The set you reference is a 1600, so to run at spec level of 1600, you'd need a 1600 FSB and both of these board are only advertised to run up to a 1333 FSB, for 1600 would need very good cooling and air flow, plus the OC ability. You could however prob drop them to 1333 and tighten timings for near native 1600 performance.

If I underclock my processor will it work?

No need to underclock the CPU or the NB, set the DRAM speed to 1333 and use timings of 8-8-8-24 or 1066 w/ 7-7-7-21

installed in Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2 and showing up whole 8gb at first time!
checked in bios and showing 1066 @ 8-8-8-8-24(automatically)

Should be able to pop it up to 1333 or conversely, at 1066 could tighten timings down to 7-7-7-22 for better performance
