Should be good to go, w/ your mobo you'll want profile #2 which is XMP 1.2 (the Z series is native XMP 1.3)

your referring to the xmp profile i choose in the bios when i set up?

Correct, Profile 1 is the XMP 1.3 version for socket 2011/X79 chipset, profile #2 is XMP 1.2 which is what your Z68 mobo runs

I am Back... so somehow i ordered a different ram pack... not paying attention i guess... anyway I have F3-12800CL8Q-16GBZH (new egg http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231516 )... am i still ok or send it back and get my original choice?

Yep, same, same as before, you'll want profile #2, the Z series is designed to Native XMP 1.3
