What CPU? The settings you have look good, as long as your stable.

I have an athlon II X4 620. I'm not sure if the settings are stable or not, what is the best way to test?

You could test them with Prime (like a stress test), even just run Memtest on each stick individually will identify if any errors...biggest thing is the system doesn't crash on you when you are working or gaming on it...although crashes in gaming are often GPU (graphics card related or CPU, not enough voltage)

prime95 instantly crashed the computer. Any ideas? Also I had to turn the computer on and off a bunch of times before I was able to get it to post.

            Try raising CPU/NB +.05

You can also lower DRAM Voltage, that is a little high.

For that CPU, I think DDR3-1333 7-7-7-21 1.50V is best.
