ASUS P5G41T-M LX Mobo -WITH- F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL .. Possible?

I bought some parts without fully looking into the memory compatibility.

Motherboard-
ASUS P5G41T-M LX Motherboard - Micro ATX, Intel G41 Express, Socket LGA775, DDR3-1333MHz, SATA 3.0 Gb/s, Gigabit LAN, USB 2.0

Ram- F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

Could this setup work with the right voltage and timing being plugged into the new updated BIOS?

You'll have to OC it to run at 1333, will want FSB at 1333, timings to 9-9-9-24, CR 2T, start with DRAM voltage at 1.5, and will prob have to raise NB + .06 or so......or could try at 1066 with timings 8-8-8-24, 2T, 1.5 (with either a FSB of 1066 or 1333)

Is there a different 2x4GB set you would recommend for that Asus board?

No, it should be fine as long as you have a 1333MHz CPU FSB.

damn, i have a q6600

The 6600 will run on 1333 fine, will prob want a 3rd party cooler, I've still got one that runs all day long on a 1600 FSB, and that's one of the original 6600's, not the G0 stepping.
