Possible incompatibility issue?

my previous computer fried but surprisingly to me my memory and Video card survived it , now im in the market for a new set up with the ram i have available to me. im running into mix yes's and no's soo heres what i need to know..

F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL, which is my ram and the motherboard i have in mind is a ASrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 need to know of any imcompatibility issues..
