2X (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL) Can't boot

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro/Gen3
Memory Model: F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL DDR3-1600
CPU: Intel i7 2600k

My desktop won't boot with the RAM, there's a LED that lights up depending on which component has problems and the Memory one lights up, I've tried switching the dimms and tried them in different slots and combinations,(A2,B2, A2+B2, A1+B1, A1+B1+A2+B2).

In the end the memory still didn't work.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS, then try each set individually, if problem w/ either set run memtest on each stick by itself.

Hard reset the BIOS with the button on the motherboard, then see if it can POST with one module at a time.

If not, RMA the motehrboard and it should work fine.

Make sure everything else is installed correctly.
