At first the kit worked at specified values of 2133 9-11-10-28 1.65v
Now, it doesn?t and only works at stock values(1333) is my memory faulty? I did not change anything and the cpu is not overclocked.

Sounds like the CMOS may have reset, might go into BIOS enable XMP and select the 2133 profile

slot 2-blue-xmp- 2133 no working
slot4-blue-xmp-2133 working

Can try slots 1-3, if still problems, would try running Memtest on each stick by itself to make sure one isn't bad
