AMD 1090T + 2133 Ripjaws .. How do I set my bios for best over clocking

You better read some AMD overclocking guides.

Try DDR3-1866, then work your way up.

CPU Ratio - 14
CPU Host Frequency - 233
CPU-NB Frequency - 2796MHz
DRAM Frequency - DDR3-1864
DRAM Timings - whatever it is on your memory
DRAM Voltage - 1.65V
CPU-NB Voltage - 1.20V (this will need to go up as you move up to DDR3-2000+)

So to reach DDR3-2000, CPU Host Frequency needs to be 250.

For DDR3-2133, it will need to be 267. Raise CPU-NB Voltage as you attempt these changes.

2133 amd 1090T OC

I followed your spec. this ram will not OC for me . I read some forums on OC my CPU and the ram will not get near 2000 .

How about one module at a time? It has to be the settings, or a bad module. We have this combination and it works great.
