Memory for Asus P8BWS

Can I use one of the following in an ASUS P8B WS (C206)

F3-10666CL9S-8GBXL
F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL

I'm filling the board 4x8G

Specs call for up to 1333, so think I'd suggest the F3-10666CL9Q-32GBXL, the 1600 sticks would prob work but might have to drop them to 1333 and could tighten timings to CL9 or maybe 8 for better performance
