  • one of 4 sticks died, rma 2 or all four ?

Title says it all, F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL 4x4GB sticks, one died, other 3 seem to be ok. Computer won't boot with the 4th stick installed, worked fine for about 9 months, then refused to boot. Remove the offending stick and all is now fine. Would hate to be without a computer because of one stick.

Sounds like a RMA is needed. Can contact GSkill through (US-Pan America) rma@gskillusa.com or (world) rma@gskill.com, info on the process is at :

    http://www.gskill.com/rma.php

They are off weekends but should get a response Monday

So I'll need to RMA all four sticks?

It's normally best to do the full set, that way you get a full set that's guaranteed to work together, but you'll have to talk it over with them, believe they'll RMA a single stick
