I just completed a fresh install of everything. I still got the same result.

The motherboard was just replaced on warranty, so that shouldn't be it. I think it is time to send the processor in. Thanks for all your help. I will keep you posted.

Problem found!

I pulled the CPU this morning to get ready to return. I decided to recheck for bent pins before returning. To my surprise i had a missing pin at AJ/ 31 that i never noticed. That pin is designated memdata 105. I googled that and very first thread described my problem exactly. Woo-Hoo
