I am making this post to hopefully help anyone else who tries this combination. This forum helped me out so I want to contribute back.
Motherboard: ASRock H67M-ITX
CPU: Intel G620 2.6GHz
UEFI BIOS: 1.10 or 1.30
Memory: GSkill F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH
This board would not post at all with the default BIOS settings and this memory installed. This was true for me with 1 or 2 sticks plugged in. I thought the first kit I had was DOA and hassled with a RMA to Newegg. When the second kit also would not post I knew I had a different problem. I could run it fine with some cheap CL9 memory sticks.
When I manually configed the BIOS to:
DDR3-10666

VRam - 1.545
The board started booting fine with this memory kit. It does make a difference because my WEI RAM score went from 5.5 to 5.9.
