  • Bluescreen after getting new memory.

    Motherboard: Asus M4N68T-M Series
    Model of the memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL
Model of the CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 840 Processor 3.20 GHz

I just recently bought this memory and lately after adding it I have been getting bluescreens. I looked in my logs and i get errors for 41 kernel-power. Could this be from my new memory? I dont know much about this stuff. I dont see a way to upload files or I would include the minidump

That usually has to do with power interruptions, happening after adding/changing devices can be indicative of an underpowered PSU or insufficient power to devics, may try upping the DRAM voltage a hair and/or the CPU and CPU/NB might start with CPU/nb, say .05...if it doesn't help raise CPU (vCore) .03 and lastly, if needed the DRAM voltage .05

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

Test one at a time to see if one is causing problems.
