  • F3-12800CL7D-4GBXM + ASUS M4A79T Deluxe BIOS settings

Hi.. I put these RAM and with setting in AUTO, the booting screen its already showing "1600Mhz"

The current and AUTO setting is:
    command 1T
    tCL - 9
    tRCD - 9
    tRP - 9
    tRAS - 28
    DRAM Voltage - 1.54V (AUTO)

Should I must try to set the real timing for theses RAMs? 7-8-7-24?

    --------------------------- minutes later
I changed the timing AND my CPU JUMP TO 4.08Ghz!! I had to set it to 14.5x (3.6Ghz)
I set the Command in AUTO, because I dont know what should I set...
but.. in the booting screen now say 1599Mhz...
I did not change any other than the RAM Voltage
I did the Memory test of Win7 (No error).. SO is stable still now

Command Rate can be AUTO, otherwise try 1T. If that does not work, set it to 2T.

You should manually change timings to 7-8-7-24

    DRAM Voltage 1.60V.

    CPU-NB Frequency 2400MHz.

We have a guide to configure settings in the DDR3 section, you should take a look.

    Thank you

        I did what guide said:

        2. Set CPU Host/Bus Frequency to 240 (this will overclock the memory frequency to DDR3-1600)

..but I forgot of this part

2a. Raising the bus frequency will also overclock the CPU, so if you do not want this, you will need to lower CPU Ratio to your desired frequency.
