Asus Rampage 3 Black Edition and F3-12800CL7D

I am having a problem getting my computer to recognize all 24 GB of RAM. When I insert 2 DIMMs I get 8GB. When I insert 3 DIMMs, I get 12 GB. When I insert 4 DIMMs, I get 4GB, and when I insert 6 DIMMs, I get 8GB. My specs are:
i7-990x
Rampage 3 Black Edition
Ripjaws 3-12800CL7D
GTX 580 2 way SLI

I have tried XMP, Manual, Auto, and CPU Level Up in BIOS. Nothing seems to work. I wish to use all 24 GB of RAM.

DO you have the latest BIOS? With 24 GB should be able to set XMP, but may have to increase voltage slightly to DRAM (say + .05) and prob need to add some voltage to CPU and MC.

Either there is a voltage/settings problem, or the memory kits are unable to work together.
What manual settings did you try? Try DDR3-1333, if it still has the same exact issue, then the kits just aren't compatible. If lower frequency works just fine, but higher frequency causes it to disappear, it may just be a voltage problem.
