Compaq cq62-231NR F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ Compatibility

I am having some issues with new purchased memory. I installed the above kit F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ memory into my Compaq cq62-231NR laptop. Things were fine for a day, then yesterday starting getting bsod with irq_not_less_than_or_equal. That is usually a memory issue. Is there some sort of timing I have to set in the bios etc to make these dimms work properly?

No, the memory should be plug and play. Test one at a time to see if one may be bad.

Memory tested

I tested the memory using Memtest x86+ V4.20. On test 6 (Moving inversion 32Bit pattern) I received the following errors.
