Memory not working

I installed the Kit F3 12800CL9D- 8GBRL restarted and the computer kept rebooting. 64 bit windows 7. Ultimate. Msi mb 790FXGD70 /CPU AMD II x4 965 3.4 Ghx black edition, chipset SB750. I tried to use the article AMD CPU + G.Skill DDR3-1600 by B Negative 4/21/2011. In the bios 1.4v couldn't find where the dram frequency was and where the timing was so I could change it.

I need LITTLE HELP! I read the mother board manual and they were vague about changing the Memory configuration.

Can some one tell me how to change the setting in the BIOS

DRAM Frequency is Memory Ratio on your motherboard. You should use 1:3.33, and if CPU FSB is set to 240, the overall DRAM Frequency should be DDR3-1600.
