As you probably know, Everest is dead and has been replaced by AIDA64.
Since Everest hasn't been updated for a long time, it probably doesn't have the memory codes for your modules.
Don't rely on Everest, CPU-Z is a more accurate program since it's updated on a regular basis.

your the man lol. now one last question if you have time. all my ram is rated at 1.5v. i have it on auto should i set it to 1.5 or bump it up. when i bumped it up to 1.65 it still showed 1.5v in cpuz under spd lol

Remember, the SPD tab only lists "profiles", it doesn't show your actual memory configuration or voltage.
CPU-Z does not show the actual memory voltage, I wish it did, but it doesn't.
Use ASUS PC Probe II to monitor your actual DRAM voltage.
And yes, it's highly recommended that you hard set your DRAM voltage to 1.50v in the bios.
Don't allow it to run on auto (as with the memory timings).

1.5v even if all 4 memory slots are populated?

Yes, keep it at it's rated voltage of 1.50v.
The only time you would possibly need to bump up the DRAM voltage would be if you're overclocking your memory.
Have you increased your CPU/NB voltage with all dimms populated?

arent i technically overclocking by making the bios see my ram as 1600 by setting my dram frequency to 1600?

i just set the dram voltage to 1.5v

i didnt touch the cpu/nb voltage should i and if so what should it be? im running memtest now

You overclocked your CPU clock, you didn't overclock your memory.
Your memory is rated at 1600MHz at 1.50v, right?
Run memtest and see how goes before making any other adjustments.

ok i will let you know how it goes.

o.c the memory was what you where saying by increasing the fsb to 225 before? yea couldnt get that to work.

but besides that cpu/nb voltage (if it has to be adjusted) ...is that all thats left to keeping my ram at 1600?

Pretty much, but sometimes the DRAM and CPU/NB voltages need to be bumped when all slots are populated.

Can try further adjustments of voltages, but may just have two sets that don't want to work together at 1600. Have you tried dropping speed to 1333 and tightening timings to CL8 (or possible a loose CL7)?

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:

so i have run memtest86+ 16 passes and no errors and tried playing a call of duty and everything seems stable. is it still suggested to up the cpu/nb voltages.

                          just a recap

                          cpu-z says 800.1 9-9-9-24 40 clocks

set the dram frequency to 1600

                          set dram voltage to 1.5v

                          set dram timings to 9-9-9-24

i did not adjust anything else

                          all four dimms are populated

i was told that the spd tab tells what the memory is capable of, but under the two sticks that show 1333 8-8-8-24 at 667mhz, says nothing about 1600?

Don't worry about it, as long as she's stable, you're good to go.
