i am using F3-17000CL9D-4GBXL on A2 B2 happily, i wanna buy 2 more ram to fill A1 B1 so i will get 8gb RAM i total, so i need to know that this RAM is compatible to use on ASUS P8P67 PRO all RAM slots, can i use 4 x 2GB F3-17000CL9D-4GBXL on my motherboard.

Yes the XLs are designed for the P67. Generally it's best to get all the DRAM you want/might want in a single package to ensure the sticks have all been tested together, but combining sets more often than not will work together....if there is a problem raising voltages slightly will normally be the cure.....however,,,,on occasion one might run into a couple of sets that just won't play together.
