F3-12800CL7-2GBXM not running proper timings

Hi I have 4 modules of this ram for a total of 8GB. The ram is advertised as CL7-8-7-24 @ 1.5V, however it will only run at 9-9-9-28.

My motherboard is P67A-GD65 (B3), running the newest bios available. Have I misconfigured something?

I can get the ram to run at higher dram frequency, but cannot get the timings down to where they should be!

There is a problem with the BIOS. Please check for the latest BIOS.
