Problem configuring RipjawsX F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

I bought these a little over a week ago and have been trying ever since to get them to run at 1600 tried everything, all the different settings, timings, volts and I got latest bios etc.

atm they running at 9-9-9-24 1t, 669mhz 1333, fsb ratio 5:1

Test one module at a time with XMP enabled, then try them together if both pass.
