unable to oc ram to 1600

i have the gskill ripjaw f3-12800cl9 -gbxl it is rated for 1600 but no matter what i do it only runs at 1333. here's picutres of my bios. i aprreciate your help. i use the msi p67a-gd65 with (ms-7681_ rev 3 with 1.9 bios.

Max Bandwidth is not showing what the memory is operating at. That is showing you the JEDEC standard. Your memory is set correctly, so if the system is stable, it should be fine.

You need to download a benchmark test or CPU-z for it to show the actual memory frequency.
