F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL MSI P67A G65D B3 Voltage

I'm trying to figure out what the correct voltage is. I know it is spec'd at 1.5V but my MB when set to Auto is giving 1.65V at 1600. Timing is 2T - 9 9 9 24

I can run this at 4.5 Ghz cpu at 1.5V ram. Core voltage is 1.33 for CPU.

Do I leave it at 1.5V or bump the voltage up to 1.65V?

I also noticed CPU-Z showing tRAS at 25 instead of 24 even though I linked the timings to 9-9-9-24-2N(T).

Should set at 1.5, the mobo may be setting to it's internal default. Go with 1.5 and if not fully stable, raise it .02 at a time
