Will this fit? Mugen 2 Rev B + G.Skill Ripjaws-X + MSI P67A-GD65?

Hi, I am setting up a new system and consider using these components:

CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 2 Rev B
Mem: G.Skill Ripjaws-X (2x4GB) F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
MB: MSI P67A-GD65

The G.Skill compatibility overview tells me the board should work with this memory.
However, the memory's height seems to be 40 mm, the Mugen 2 Rev B stands 40 mm over the board. Can anyone confirm this combo will (not) work??

I have not tested specifically on P67, but it does clear other platforms, so it should be able to work as well.
