Hi, I have an ASROCK P43DE3 mainboard with G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL.
How do I get them to run at 1600? Also, could you please tell me the settings I should use for this mainboard?

You will need to adjust CPU FSB to 400, to achieve 1600MHz FSB. This will allow you to operate DDR3-1600.

Then change DRAM Frequency to DDR3-1600.

DRAM Timings tCL 9 - tRCD 9 - tRP 9 - tRAS 24

DRAM Voltage 1.50V
