I'm thinking replace my old RAM to F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK, I want to know the compatibility with my motherboard.

Do I need to set a specific timing and voltage for the RAM or the default setting(Auto) will be fine?

You will need to set timings to 8-8-8-24. The frequency and voltage should be fine.
