Flare Series with H70 cooler

Mobo: Crosshair IV Formula

I was wondering if anybody knew if the Flare Series(2x4GB) would "fit" using the Corsair H70 CPU cooler in the red slots. I know there have been issues with this ram and some CPU coolers because of the high heat spreaders.

Can't be certain since I have not tried, but I have not heard of an issue with this combo either.
