F3-12800CL6D-4GBPI and MSI P67A-GD65

Motherboard: MSI P67A-GD65
Memory: F3-12800CL6D-4GBPI
CPU: i7-2600K

I am wondering if this ram can work with this motherboard and chipset. I am using 2 of these kits for dual channel configuration.
