  • A slower kit or 2 seperate, but faster modules?

So I have an option of buying either a 2x4gb 1333 kit or two 4gb 1600 modules. Same price for the kit and 2 modules.

    The kit is Ripjaws 2x4gb F3-10666 CL9D-8GBRL

    The module is Ripjaws 4gb F3-12800 CL9S-4GBRL‎

Now the question is, if I buy two modules they'll work fine, right? I mean kits to get tested as kits, but the chances of two separate modules not working together are extremely low, afaik.

Kits are indeed tested to work together, and in theory two modules of the same model should work fine together, but that isn't always the case, might get two modules that just don't like to play well together...that can usually be corrected with slight voltage or timings adjustments, but on occasion you'll find two that just won't work in tandem...which is why kits are offered in various sizes and number of sticks

Pls offer comments on support I provide, HERE, in order to help me do a better job here:
