could F3-17066CL7D-4GBPIS work with Asus P5Q3 Deluxe at FSB 533/DDR3-2133?

Or F3-17066CL9D-8GBPID could also work on it, only with little performance difference?

I want to replace my DDR3-1600 set and O.C on FSB 533/DDR3-2133 or above, any recommend? How to set up the BIOS for the RAM?

Should, yes and the F3-17066CL7D-4GBPIS will provide the higher performance w/ the CL7 opposed to the CL9....big thing may be getting the FSB stable at 533
