overheating problem with F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ

i have a dell studio 1558 notebook and after upgrading to 8GB i have overheating problems with very hot memory modules. Memory Testing gives no problems, its only under high load.

With 2 2GB modules i have no problems.

Very odd, try one module at a time to see if it is only one module causing the problem.

i tried it with one module (tested both) the problem is not that big, but its also a problem
