F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO (2Gx2) problem with XMP

Hi

I've got a F3-12800CL7D-4GBECO (2Gx2) mounted on a Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4 motherboard. The memories work at 1333Mhz, CL9 and 1,5V with default bios parameters. When activated XMP option works according to specifications, at 1600, CL7 and 1,35V. But the problem is that the processor becomes very hot, 55 ? idle and 95? full load. What parameters must be changed in BIOS to work fine?

What CPU are you running and at what speed? Are the sticks in slots 2-4?

Don't use XMP, try manual settings.

DDR3-1600
7-8-7-24
1.35V

Also, make sure your CPU Ratio is correct.
