F3-12800CL9Q-16GBRL (4Gx4) Ripjaws + Gigabyte GA890GPAUD3H

I have bought F3-12800CL9Q-16GBRL (4Gx4) Ripjaws to run on Gigabyte GA890GPAUD3H motherboard running AMD Phenom 970 BE 3.5,C3 stepping.
Will it work at stock speeds
Will it work on OC.

Currently I have 8GB,1600 Mhz,Gskill, 1.65 volts,running at 4.2 Ghz
I have only increased CPU core voltage to 1.472 with rest at defaults.

The BIOS version is FF

Should, but may have to do a lot of tweaking , primarily w/ voltages and may have to drop speed to 1333, the AMD MC (memory controller) is on the weak side

Test 1
CPU Voltage set to 1.472
OC - 4.218
HTT -200
RAM at 1600
Rest at default
Result - OK

Test 2
HTT - 201
RAM at 1333
Timings - 7-7-7-24
Rest as per test 1
Result OK
