New MB and Ram: Bios settings for GA-890FXA-UD5 REV2.1

I have the following :

4Gx2 GSKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GB

AMD Phenom II 965 BE 3.2GHZ (OC 3.7GHZ)
Gigabyte GA 890FXA UD5 R
CPU Cool Noctua|NH-D14 R
ASUS EAH 5750 1GB x2 Crossfire (OC 840/1300)
WDC WD 1002FAEX 00Z3AO 1TB SATA3
Win 7 Home Premium

What bios settings should I use. On auto it runs 1333 @667 Ive changed the settings to manual it runs 1600@800 do I need to change timing or any other settings to get the most from this ram?

1333 is the default for the mobo, so that's why it came up, if at 1600 now, you're good to go. If any problems, let us know and posting your BIOS settings will generally help to speed things up

Double check timings and voltage, but they should be correct on AUTO anyway.

Thanks for the help but now I am confused.
On Auto, memory clock reads 667 and the memory is at 1333. timing is 9,9,9, 24 1.50V. I changed setting to manual and bumped the memory clock to 800 and memory is now at 1600, timing is 11,11,11,29 1.56V.

Guess my question was, is this the correct way to do this and if it is, might it be possible to go higher although I don't have an option for a setting higher than 800 in the bios.

Manual

Now that you've put the speed in manually, you'll want to enter the correct 9-9-etc timings, some BIOS's will change the timings to preset ones in the BIOS, so you have to enter manually or could enable XMP and see what it loads for 1600

After you set to 800, just set timings to 9-9-9-24 and you're done.
